Event Overview
When did it all start? Who did we learn the concepts of support and compassion from? We welcome couples and non-partnered individuals to join us to explore how we first began to think, feel, and love!

Farzana Rahman, a licensed mental health counselor will speak about Attachment Theory, specifically how our early childhood experiences shape how we respond and react in our current relationships. You will get a chance to reflect on your own life values, while thinking about the strengths you possess or aim for within a relationship. We will start with basic knowledge of the theory and participate in activities that explore how much we know ourselves and our partners!

Not required, but recommended to have a paper and pencil/pen handy!

FAQs
Q: Do I need to be on video for this event?
A: We encourage being on camera so you can feel the sense of community and connection. However, it's also totally fine to have the camera off! We respect your preference. :)

Q: How can I prepare for the event?
A: Create a comfortable space for you and your partner (if you choose to join with a significant other). Bring paper and pencil/pen to participate in the activities.

Q: Why is there different pricing?
A:
Our events are sliding-scale tickets so that we can have accessible price points for different people. We believe in equitable and accessible wellness for as many people as possible and allowing you to self-select the tier that meets you where you're at seems like one way we can help achieve that.

Q: Who is this event for?
A: Non-partnered individuals and all couples in different stages of their relationship, pre-marital, non-marital, and marital! Couples are not obligated to attend with their partners.
